Dun dun dun...I am HORRIBLE with keeping resolutions but its the thought that counts right?
I've been really lagging on going to the gym and such, but bathing suite season is JUST around the corner and I am nowhere NEAR ready for that. I made a resolution at the beginning of the year to get back into shape (who didn't right?) and even though I have been lagging, I am going to jump right back on that horse and resume my gym regimen. I have some great motivation and support right now too so that should make it a lot easier. A few girls from VS are going to go to a few different classes with me which should be fun. One of them found this zumba studio who has classes every day of the week for $5 a class! And then I am going to try 2 weeks of Bikram yoga. I'm thinking that adding a splash of fun and different activities to my workout will help me from getting board with it, as I tend to do. So...we'll see how this goes.
I also need to start making more of an effort to eat healthier. Its not like I don't like to eat healthy, its just not the most convenient thing (or the best tasting thing) do to. I really enjoy cooking and I know adam does as well so we need to really start making more of an effort. I think it will be mush easier for us to do that once we move out (soon hopefully!).
Ok, well...we'll see how this goes! Here's hoping for a rockin bikini body by the end of april <3
